Last night I had dinner with my amigo and watched a movie. The only movie they had in English on tv was Saw 3.  The first five minutes was of a woman literally being sawed in half.  We turned it off when her intestines fell out of her stomach.

It seems as though I have developed a strange eye infection from not taking out my contacts enough at the techno festival because I was up all night dancing.  Now I have to wear sunglasses inside because my eye hurts too much when I look at lights.  I look pretty silly.

I’m spending a few more days in Bariloche with my friends now, then back to the strawberry farm, then probably heading to Chile next week.  I can’t believe I’ve stayed in one area for almost six weeks!  I like Patagonia, but it’s time to move on.

I’m going to miss my friends here, but I also miss my friends in NYC and my family.  That’s just my reality right now.  Such is life.
